A clear working sequence
How It Works
Projects move from goals to scope, direction, implementation and launch preparation. Specific timing depends on the approved requirements and content readiness.
A practical website project moves through a small number of visible decisions.
1. Share the goal
Use the Project Brief to describe the business, audience, current site and the action the new experience should support.
2. Confirm the scope
IronGate reviews pages, content, features, access and integrations before issuing a proposal. Package prices remain starting points until then.
3. Approve the direction
The information hierarchy and visual direction are agreed before they expand across the approved pages.
4. Build and review
The site is implemented responsively, populated with approved content and checked against the agreed requirements.
5. Prepare launch
Required access, redirects, forms and handover notes are reviewed. The proposal defines the actual schedule and responsibilities.
